Whats up world!  So I outsourced some excel code writing using freelancer.com.  35$ later I got a sick bit of code to speed up my uploads to a web shopping cart at www.hawaiishirtcompany.com 

The guy was cool.  He was in india.  It took 1 skype call to make sure everything was clearly understood.  2 hours later I got the workbook and it was solid.  Freelancer holds the money in escrow so no one gets screwed. (probably sometimes people do)
