to catch you all up on urban farms... We recently got a wild hair and decided to start an urban garden in our back yard. the work was fun and educational, and bounty came quick. It was not until my brother stole a chicken from west side and let him loose in the yard that I became fantasized with urban food production. Sure we have tons of salad and veggies for our pasta dishes... but as soon as i can catch the chicken; everyone is invited to Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
